THE QCA may be confused over the fictional Isle of Struay, as a colleague reports elsewhere, but the Bodley Head, publisher of the Katie Morag books, is hardly helping.

In the post this week - along with a review copy of Katie Morag's Rainy Day Book, due out in April - comes a wee bottle of Isle of Struay Whisky. The Diary says: Cheers.
