A real-time, online tutoring service that offers personalised, interactive homework help 24 hours a day has been launched in Britain. Tutornet is intended to complement formal teaching in maths and science subjects for 7- to 18-year-olds. Launched last year in the US, Tutornet costs pound;20 a month or pound;200 a year.
