Twin with schools abroad

28th January 2005 at 00:00
The British Council offers an award for international collaboration given to the UK schools or colleges that demonstrate the best international activity and, since 1998, more than 250 institutions have been accredited.

With that in mind and following a government strategy to build stronger international links, schools and colleges in the UK will be encouraged to twin with a school abroad over the next five years. Institutions from 30 countries are already represented and a search engine enables you to find one that fits with your subject, age range and language requirements.
