There is no scientific evidence that shows any test able to predict personality - other than, perhaps, within a medical psychiatrist framework ("Personality test set to weed out weak teachers," June 26). That blue chip companies use psychometric assessment is neither here nor there. Wouldn't it save public money if the National Audit Office examined the Training and Development Agency's proposals before some snake oil seller gets the contract?
