* An electronic poll of the 300-plus audience at the conference found varying levels of understanding and knowledge of the Executive's education reforms. A vote at the beginning of the day showed that 162 had some or a reasonable understanding, with 12 claiming to understand completely. By the end of the proceedings, these figures had shifted to 171 and 21.
