Village Store in Aberlour, Moray

Step into the Village Store in Aberlour, Moray, and shopping becomes a deeply nostalgic experience. The preserved general store reveals shopping trends of the past, with stock and records dating to its opening in 1920. It ceased trading for real in 1978. Visiors can dig into drawers and cupboards to find goods from knicker elastic to tilly lamps and gas masks.
