Environmental charity Earthwatch is giving out 20 pound;500 grants to teachers to help fund the cost of travelling out to work on one of its research projects. These range from stdying lemurs in Madagascar (pictured) to unearthing the remains of early man in Spain. Volunteers should ring Earthwatch on 01865 318831 or e-mail vp@earthwatch.org.uk.
