Boys aiming higher is a raising standards theme across the country. In Aberdeen, it has another connotation - pound;30,000 can be saved "through the implementation of a Rentokil contract in boys' toilets - savings result from more efficient management of water in urinals". Pupils will have to adjust their sights. Is this what ministers had in mind for target-setting?
