Title: Creative curriculum castles

Age group: 7-11

What is it?

A 10-week planning grid, packed with activity ideas to explore everything to do with castles. The aim of the plan is to help pupils understand what it may have been like to have lived in a castle. You can also study stories and poetry with a castle setting and research food. Activity suggestions include designing and building a 3-D sculpture of a castle, designing costumes and a medieval party.
