Welsh challenge

Coleg Menai and the University of Wales, Bangor, stand to gain a share of Pounds 8 million Capital Challenge programmes to local economic prospects and create at least 200 new jobs.

The Welsh Development Agency which is backing the education business partnership said it saw the role of the FE colleges in Wales as central to improving the city's prosperity.
