What I'm reading

13th August 2010 at 01:00

On my bedside table is Marcia Willett's latest novel, The Prodigal Wife. I discovered this author by chance last year and have since read most of her books. I enjoy her accounts of family relationships, finding them a relaxing antidote to the pressures of my normal working day.

Janis Burdin is headteacher of Moss Side Primary School in Chorley, Lancashire.
