Writing project

BBC Scotland Radio Drama and the Tag Theatre Company have joined forces on a writing project. Taglines has brought together three groups of young Scottish writers to create a play to be broadcast on Radio 4 on March 17. It is about a young man from Skye who goes off to university but then leaves to chase his dreams.

The writers, aged 14-25, come from the Isle of Skye Young Writers Group, the Lemon Tree Young Writers Group in Aberdeen and the Traverse Theatre Young Writers Group in Edinburgh. Each has been supported by three experienced writers, Mike Harris, Jim Eldridge and Louise Ironside.
