Young people's trial rules to change

RULES governing the trials and sentencing of juveniles will be changed, following the decision by the European Court of Human Rights that the killers of Liverpool teenager James Bulger did not rceive a fair trial. Home Secretary Jack Straw said he would act after the trial of Jon Venables and Robert Thompson was found to have breached the European Convention on Human Rights.
