Youngest to sit exam

A 12-year-old Welsh pupil has become one of the youngest to sit an AS-level. Cameron Thompson, a pupil at Maelor School in Wrexham, spent Christmas studying for his AS-level maths exam, which he sat five years early last week. The youngster confidently predicted that his mark would be above 90 per cent.
