On your marks!

2nd May 2003 at 01:00
Anyone can become a champion at an exhibition at the British Empire and Commonwealth Museum in Bristol. "On Your Marks!" brings history, information, activities and skills onto the same pitch. Visitors can use films and photographs to explore the part sport played in developing national and political identities. You can also try a range of games - clambering up and down giant snakes and ladders, bending a ball in "penalty kick interactive", and test your reflexes and muscular strength. On Your Marks! runs until November 3. Admission is pound;5.95 for adults and pound;3.95 for children and free for paying visitors to the museum.
