Sixty pupils at a primary school in Surrey have had their key stage 2 test results annulled after an inquiry revealed that “in some cases, the test papers did not represent their unaided work”. The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority investigated the school after its governors were alerted by parents worried about cheating. The council has promised that the transfer of pupils to secondary schools will not be affected. Children at Boothstown Methodist primary in Salford have been told that their results will stand, despite allegations of cheating.
