Thanks for the holy book, but what about the holey roof?

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Mr Gove for the kind gift of the King James Bible. However, the kids I teach don't need Bibles, they need a school that isn't next to a derelict building, teachers who aren't constantly worried about redundancy and overbearing government initiatives, and they need support in their home lives from social care professionals who aren't overworked and underpaid. So thanks, but no thanks for the Bible.
