Pupils who cannot make it to the Edinburgh G8 summit were urged to wrap their schools in white ribbons and hold mini concerts instead, by organisers of the Long Walk to Justice.
The call was made at the Global Campaign for Education’s launch of its Send My Friend to School exhibition in London yesterday.
