Dumfries and Galloway College’s Stranraer campus has painted a line round its front doorstep, with the words “No Smoking” within, the result being that students going outside for a puff now throw their fag ends farther away from the college entrance, and all over the pavement outside.
A visit from Jack McConnell is clearly required.
