I WONDER if the success of OFSTED in driving up school standards could be applied to health?
Each person would go to the doctor where pulse, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc would be measured. A report would be written ad the patient would have four weeks to produce an action plan to improve these results. Failure to improve could result in their names being made public.
