Tuition fees too high for most teachers

Four in five parents who work as teachers say they will be unable to afford university tuition fees for their children when the cap rises to #163;9,000 next year. Only 17 per cent of teachers were confident they could fund course fees compared with 62 per cent of lawyers, according to research by finance specialist Wesleyan for Teachers.
