Ministers have given approval for a fresh start at Langham which means a new school will open up on the old site.
TWO London secondaries that spent a record number of years on the Government's list of failing schools have been given a clean bill of health. Battersea Technology College in Wandsworth, which failed in March 1994, and the Langham school in Haringey, which failed in 1995, have been removed from special measures.
