Peter Black, the Lib Dem’s education spokesperson and chair of the Assembly’s education, lifelong learning and skills committee, wants Wales at the forefront of international science and technology. Speaking at the University of Glamorgan last week, he called for a radical re-think of provision for physics and chemistry.
