Vegetables or snail?

A group of pupils heading off to France received the usual pep talk from their party leader who encouraged them to try different food - "you never know, you might like it".

One girl asked another teacher: "When he said different food, did he mean stuff like snails or frog's legs? Or did he mean vegetables?"

The food tsar's agenda has some way to go, clearly.
