The Rapid Reading Assistant software, aimed at seven to 11-year-olds who have difficulty reading, has been named as the winner in the SEN solutions category at the Education Resources awards.
The software, published by Harcourt, enables children to practise reading independently and record their session for their teacher to listen to later, acting as a virtual reading assistant.
