Warning of cuts

LEAs threatening cuts are said to include North Yorkshire, Dorset, Leicestershire and Norfolk. David Hart, general secretary of the NAHT, said: "This could seriously undermine the Government's drive for higher standards and do little to improve the motivation in those schools which face cuts next year."
