Anglia Interactive has launched a new Web-based subscription service, delivered at both primary and secondary levels, with a strong emphasis on curriculum content.

Anglia intends to provide “information, graphics and other multimedia elements to support learning, formatted at the appropriate reading levels for children”.

Subscribers will also be provided with a termly CD-Rom containing the complete website content.

The user licence has been extended to teachers working at home and all information on the site is copyright cleared.

Annual subscription charges are based on school pupils numbers, and are listed below: Primary schools up to 150 pupils, pound;79; primary schools over 150, pound;125; middle schools (these receive both the primary and secondary service), pound;249; secondary schools up to 500 pupils, pound;399; secondary schools with more than 500 pupils, pound;499.
