THE 19th annual edition of the Young Scot package is being launched in Glasgow today (Friday) by Sam Galbraith, the Children and Education Minister. More than 33,000 S4 pupils will receive discounts as well as advice and information.

But Graeme Robertson, Young Scot’s general manager, said there were no plans to extend the scheme north of the border.
