She already has a Nobel Prize. But now Malala Yousafzai also has 10 GCSEs to her name.

The 18-year-old campaigner for girls’ education received a string of A and A* grades yesterday.

Her father, Ziauddin Yousafzai, this morning published his daughter’s results in full on Twitter:

She achieved six A*s, in maths, the individual science subjects and religious education. And, despite having lived in England for fewer than three years, she achieved A grades in four arts subjects, including English language and literature.  

Malala, who now attends Edgbaston High School in Birmingham, was shot in the head by the Taliban after campaigning for girls’ education in her native Swat Valley, in northern Pakistan.

After being shot in October 2012, Malala was flown to the UK for treatment and rehabilitation. She, her parents and two brothers have lived there ever since.

Last year, she became the youngest person ever to win the Nobel Peace Prize.
