I NOTE with interest that David Blunkett says that schools failing to get at least 15 per cent of pupils with five A* to C GCSEs will be closed and given a“Fresh Start”.
Could the Government please do tht with my endowment mortgage which I have been recently told is likely to “fail” to achieve the projected target when I took it out.
