Fiona Millar, partner of the Prime Minister’s former spin doctor Alastair Campbell, next month goes head-to-head with former chief inspector Chris Woodhead in defence of state education. Ms Millar, former adviser to Cherie Blair, will oppose the motion “State education is a comprehensive disaster” at the Royal Geographical Society in London.
