Worker’s revolt

As the long hot summer term draws snail-pace to an end, I read in your pages that I am to be shackled to my desk until I am 65 and face the prospect of teaching classes of 80.

I feel I must ask the question: what will heads, deputy heads, leading teachers and advanced skills teachers be doing?

Under New Labour, is it still politically correct to use the phrase “Up the Workers!”?
