The Scottish Executive’s pound;86 million Determined to Succeed strategy on enterprise education can have a major role to play in preventing pupils ending up in the NEET group who are not in education, employment or training. But, according to research commissioned by the executive and published this week, some local authorities took the view that DtS activities should be for all pupils, not just the disaffected ones.
