WorldSkills Kazan live: watch the opening ceremony here

This evening, 37 young people from the UK will be flying the Union Jack high at the grand opening of WorldSkills Kazan 2019

Hosted in the Russian city of Kazan, the ceremony will welcome competitors from each of the 60 countries taking part.

Details around the event - which starts at 5pm, UK time - are kept secret, but it promises to be quite the spectacle, with a 20-minute pre-show planned before the ceremony officially kicks off.
