Where does that leave other parents whose children are left in the "undesirable school"? What right has a government to insist that children attend a school that parents cannot support?
"Concerned" parents are usually keen that their children's lives should not be unduly affected by those of "ineffective parents". Shouldn't the Government practise zero-tolerance of bad parenting so that all time at state schools will be put to constructive use.
