I delivered this to Year 9, 10 and 11 this morning and I had a good response. I have the same assembly on Friday with Year 7 and 8 and I am planning on delivering it without any changes. I hope it is useful. You will need to personalise it but basically I spoke about bullying in society, the bullying review and then personalised it to my school. The pledge and standing up worked well.

This engaging and original anti-bullying week assembly is designed to be used in primary schools. It is both informative and thought-provoking and covers: -What bullying is; -Why we have anti-bullying week; -How we are all different and that difference is a good thing; -Why people bully others; -How bullying can be addressed/ tackled. The slides are visually-engaging and well-presented, and the subject matter is tailored to the interests and needs of young people. It includes links to well-chosen videos to emphasise/ reinforce key points, in addition to song suggestions for entrance and exit music. There is enough here for a 30 minute assembly (it is 20 slides long), but of course you can cut bits out/ tailor to your own individual needs. No further resources are required, everything that you need to present the assembly is included.
