I found it incredibly helpful when I started my teaching journey as it helped me differentiate my lessons in multiple different ways, think about literacy and feedback within each lesson and it gave me ideas on how to use different teaching strategies within each lesson, for example; ‘Help stations’, ‘Inspiration stations’, ‘Hot seating’ etc. The ‘QUICK GLACE’ and ‘PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO:’ section is very helpful. If you just need a quick refresher on where you’re up to in your lesson, you can check that here with just a keyword: ‘Demonstration’, ‘Review text’, ‘Questions page 6’ etc. You can write the names of particular student who either need additional support or who may be of concern. Organise revision with this bubble mindmap template (8 colour choices included: grey, pale pink, yellow, turquoise, red, green, blue & orange). Conventional mindmaps are not for everyone, they can easily look very messy and students often just write their entire notes in very small writing to fit everything onto one page. The advantage of bubble mindmaps is that there are a limited number of bubbles to fit the key points in, so it really forces students to think about what information is actually the most important. A simple template used to create a leaflet. Chn from Year 2 wrote a leaflet of tips for the Year 1 classes that would be moving to Year 2 in September to tell them all about Year 2. :) I printed this 2 sheets to a page and double sided it with the 2nd page, so in the end chn had space to write 6 tips (inside and back cover). Film Music topic, primarily aimed at use with year 9, but suitable for use with any year group. This is a blank template that allows pupils to draw the scene, add information about instruments, important rhythmic patterns and chord progressions. There is space to add the page number to the document so that additional scenes can be added as required.

This resource contains two CV templates that you can fill in with your own information. The CV's are formatted and have space for you to type in your specific information. There are prompts to help you with this. They are standard CV's and it will generally be up to personal preference as to which one you will choose to use.
