Customer Service Skills Worksheets and Activities

These worksheets are an excellent way to start learners thinking about customer service and the role it plays in the business. They contain definitions and brainstorming activities as well as written work activities that capture personal experience with thought provoking questions. They lead up to providing good examples to produce roleplays with. Additionally there is a self analysis survey for learners to complete. It is titled 'Customer Service Self analysis for your and your centre' (Daycare) I have used these resources when teaching early childhood educators, retail staff and other service industries. The resource includes answers and are available in both pdf and .doc format for editing purposes if required. ** Leave a review for this resource and receive one free resource of your choice from my shop. Unit 2: Fitness training & programming for health, sport & well-being (LEVEL 3 BTEC SPORT)

(1)
Hello and thank you for reviewing my resources. Here is everything you will need to teach ‘Unit 2: Fitness training & programming for health, sport & well-being’ within the Perasons BTEC Sports Extended Diploma Level 3. My students have achieved merits and distinctions in their examination for this unit, after I have taught all content using these resources. I have planned this unit based on each question, so you will find 6 PowerPoint presentations, on each of the questions that are included in the examination. These are complemented with two work booklets, that should be printed off for students and they can complete as you are teaching the lessons. These booklets will be a great tool for students when they are revising for the exam. Each lesson will start off with a low-stakes quiz based on the previous lesson. The questions have been pre-planned and included in the work booklets for students to complete. This is a great teaching and learning technique to adopt prior to the exam, as all content will be reconsolidated and embedded within the long-term memory of students. Two student workbooklets, 6 powerpoints, Low stakes quizzes to prepare for the exam, Exam preperation questions, Plenary opportunity, Case-studies, Stretch and challenge opportunities for pupils to access the higher grades. EXAM QUESTIONS: Interpret the lifestyle factors and screening information. Provide lifestyle modification techniques. Provide and justify your nutritional guidance for to meet their specific requirements. Propose and justify different training methods that meet training needs. Design weeks 1, 3 and 6 of a 6-week fitness training programme. Justify the fitness training programme that you have designed. **
