This is a PowerPoint on introduction to sustainability in the hospitality and catering industry. Its suitable for Level 1 and Entry level 3 learners. It focuses on: Food waste Buy local, seasonal and environmentally friendly food Fairtrade-certified products Select fish only from sustainable sources. I used it as the basis for a project for students to prepare, cook and sell sustainable fish burgers. Please feel free to adapt it.

I have put together a mark sheet for WJEC Hospitality and Catering Level 1/2. There are no whistles or bells, but hopefully it will save valuable time. You could of course format if required. It covers all of the Assessment Criteria and I have added in red the highest band for each one which will help with marking. Any suggestions gratefully recieved.
