157 slide powerpoint to support the textbook for this course. Covers all chapters and provides over 30 hours of classroom activities as the course text book does not have very many classroom based tasks for students to support their progress in lesson. This resource is designed to work in conjunction with the Hodder textbook for the course: Cambridge National Level 1/2 Certificate in Information Technologies Teaching and Learning by Sonia Stuart, Richard Howe ISBN: 978151042290. You will need to purchase the Hodder book separately.
Have updated this to Version 6 (09_10_19) This includes some extra tasks in Chapter 1

== What this includes ==
Includes theory chapters (1-11 including Hardware, Software, E-Safety and more) with over 40 PPTs, dozens of worksheets, and any other support/revision materials else I gathered/developed over my years of teaching it! Fully editable and covering the Spec up until 2022.
Please be reminded that I used these resources as is and where necessary provided differentiation for learners of all abilities, however you might feel that more is needed. Therefore, I would recommended these to be adapted and updated as necessary. Excellent for EAL students!
Bonus:
Document with URL list of my Kahoot quizzes to use as plenaries or reviews in most Theory units.
Y10 student intro book and PTT (can be used as the basis of a first lesson for the course)
Additional: I have a complete Microsoft OneNote notebook with all lessons to go with these resources. Contains extention tasks, exam questions and more to create a challenging yet academically developing environment for all students. This will ensure an even easier delivery of the course and allow assessment and feedback to take place completely digitally. This will honestly save you days of planning time! This took me a whole year of teaching to create!

Theory revision to support Paper 1 of the exam. The information has been put together from Teach-ict.com, ictlounge.com and BBC GCSE Bitesize.
The booklets are following the syllabus very closely, each section has practice exam questions and answers at the end.
Apologies if you may feel this has been cobbled together from various sites but my yr11´s had only supply teachers last year and this had to be put together very quickly.
As I produce more, more will be uploaded.
UPDATE: Booklets, 7,8, 9 and 10 now UPLOADED!
These two lessons cover:
Media industry products and sectors
Jobs in the media industry
Each lesson has a teacher presentation and a student work booklet with a Cornell notes section and a lesson feedback section on the last page.
Teacher / revision notes all AS chapters 9626 IT Cambridge
This condenses the whole of the first seven chapters (102 pages) to 23 pages including some illustrations. They have a small amount of colour coding and closely follow the book, some chapters even have the page numbers to help collaborate.
This should be used to revise from, or to have a quick glance at to refresh before teaching the topic. It would largely be perfectly fine as a primary revision resource.

Two completely resourced lessons, covering 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 of the Cambridge Nationals Spec.
The learning points are designed to match the content of this part of the specification.
The resources consist of:
Two lesson PowerPoints (with learning objectives)
Links to online quizzes (via the Quizziz website)
Example case study scenario, with two student activities
These resources are aimed at Year 10 students who are new to this topic. The resources could also be used with and adapted for different courses, where similar principles of the project lifecycle are studied.
This unit of work should break down planning techniques and give students a structure with some assessments to complete and assignment sheets to go with it.
There are three assessment points.
A timeline of what to complete and when as well as PowerPoint slides to go with each of the resources. This should give you some structure / guidance for delivering this in 2022.
