In support of Safer Internet Day 2018 which takes place on Tuesday 6th February, Azoomee, the safe entertainment app for primary aged children, have created five free classroom resources to help teachers cover e-safety in schools. The lessons are planned around episodes from our BAFTA-nominated online safety series Search it Up.  There are five free resources available on TES: Lesson 1: Be kind online (video, lesson plan & activity sheet) Lesson 2: Things Spread Quickly Online (video & lesson plan) Lesson 3: What is online bullying? (video, lesson plans & activity sheets) Lesson 4: Removing things from the internet (video & lesson plan) Lesson 5: Are you spending too much time online? (x2 videos & lesson plan) This is lesson 1: Be Kind Online - A classroom debate for Safer Internet Day Learning Objective: To be able to identify what kindness online looks like. Success Criteria: - I can recognise when someone has been unkind online - I can suggest ways which I can be kind online with my own family and friends - I can recognise that being kind online is just as important as being kind in the real world.
