Really simple templates for creating your own exit tickets. I usually stick in 3-4 questions on a topic for students to answer in the last 5-10 minutes of the lesson. No student can leave the room without handing it to me at the door. I will then mark them ready for the start of the next lesson. Because they're so small and simple even with a class of 30 it doesn't take more than 10 minutes to mark them! I normally use the A6 version, but if that isn't enough space there is a larger A5 template as well.
