These are handwritten notes for the second topic of the new Analysis & Approaches SL course, for first exams in 2021. The HL course will contain this content, with some additional Functions subtopics. There will also be significant overlap with the A&I Topic 2. Handwritten notes that I made for my HL students on the Calculus Option (topic 9) in the IB. These are 23 pages of concise, rich notes, that clarify some of the more complicated aspects of this topic such as Rolle’s theorem or homogeneous differential equations. I use these to inform my teaching, to tell me what I need to cover next, as well as giving the notes to my students so that they can listen properly instead of frantically copying things down from the board. Updated February 2019 A complete set of PowerPoints and Workbooks to guide you and your students through Topic 4 of the SL Sports Exercise and Health Science course. This is my favorite unit to teach aS it is filled with practical activities, especially in the biomechanics section. I have tried to make the lessons as practical as possible. These files will give you 10 to 11 double (80 minutes) lessons, depending on whether you intend to spend a whole lesson on the conservation of angular momentum gymnastics practical. The pictures on the PowerPoints are from Google Images, and are not my own. Replace them with your own if this offends you! :-)
