Made for a MA/LA French GCSE group using elements from the Edexcel textbooks.
Building on using 'je vais' and destination countries with the correct preposition, this series of lessons introduces the use of the near future tense in a controlled way.
It worked well and provided lots of opportunities to test and develop prior learning, leading to a paragraph with 2 tenses.
This is a triple worksheet (three pages) about future plans (not future jobs as such but more general: I'm going to take a gap year, go to university, learn to drive, etc).
Sheet 1 is a vocabulary sheet for this topic.
Sheet 2 has some simply match-up and gap-fill tasks to introduce key vocabulary.
Sheet 3 has four sample paragraphs about people's future plans. There are questions testing comprehension but also getting pupils to highlight useful language such as time phrases, connectives, etc. The idea is to get them to think about how they can write sophisticated paragraphs about this topic.
A PSHE/Enterprise/Careers style lesson encouraging students to look towards the future- what do they need vs what do they want- and when? What is available to help them get these needs and wants e.g. job seekers allowance and pension.

There is an interactive conversation element that I hope is a bit different to most online resources.
