This is by far the most important sheet that I have used for P.E and I have used it for Ofsted, who were very impressed! OTHER SCHOOLS THAT HAVE USED IT HAVE STATED THAT THEY PUT THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND OFSTED DIDN'T EVEN NEED TO ASK THAT MUCH ABOUT P.E DUE TO THEM HAVING COLLECTED THE INFORMATION ALREADY FROM YOUR WEBSITE!
You fill in the sheet with everything you are doing with regards to sports premium and put the participant numbers in and the year group. Then for each one, there is space for the children's comment, which is vital for Ofsted evidence and also a space for the teacher's comment.
