11+ Lesson/ Workshop 2 Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning Skills and Practise Eleven Plus

These slides help pupils gain the skills and experience required for the 11+ Verbal Reasoning and Non- Verbal Reasoning papers. These were put together in the GL assessment style, although can also be good practise for any reasoning style papers. There are a range of activities to build skills and expertise from match ups to investigations, including a mastery task at the end which can be used as a timed activity. There is plenty here for a 1 hour lesson/workshop, good for 1:1 or classroom.

Includes: Numeracy, Literacy, Word Opposites, Related Numbers, VR Coding, NVR Coding and Make the Word.
