2. Multiplication and Division (2): related calculations worksheets (Y3)

These ready-to-use worksheets allow teachers to provide tasks to Year 3 children on the maths topic of related calculations.
They form part of a series of lessons on multiplication and division which include coverage of the objectives:
• Recall and use multiplication and division facts for the 3, 4 and 8 multiplication tables
• Write and calculate mathematical statement for multiplication and division using the multiplication tables they know, including for two-digit numbers times one-digit numbers, using mental and progressing to formal written methods
• Solve problems, including missing number problems, involving multiplication and division, including positive integer scaling problems and correspondence problems in which n objects are connected to m objects
These worksheets link well with White Rose Maths – Multiplication and Division (Spring Block). They are available as part of the related calculations lesson pack.
