5 Drama Lessons-'The Island' groups & masks

A 5 lesson scheme of work involving basic mask design.
This can be in the art department as a lesson room change early on or simply a paper design/purchased theatrical option.

These 5 lessons take the pupils through a series of group bonding games, techniques and the ability to formulate some basic group work.
This is largely stimulated by their own imagination and popular television shows/films- if clips are shown as decided/appropriate? (according to relevant popular culture).

Survival is the key, building shelter, finding food and water…endless possibilities when guiding students and an excellent opportunity to extend to a larger scale performance depending on ability.
