A reporting task where pupils produce a front page based upon Lincoln's assassination. The PP links to a Youtube movie clip and so this must be downloaded in advance if your school filters Youtube. The worksheet contains key details of the proclamation. The lesson would benefit from a newspaper template which could be differentiated easily for a mixed ability class.
