I've used this worksheet (and accompanying Powerpoint file) with my yr 10 and 11 classes. The aim of this exercise is to identify the good grammatical elements in the texts (and what's missing) and try to improve the quality and phrasing of both texts. Ideal to use with an interactive white board to annotate and colour the grammar elements

Merci mille fois. This will challenge students to really think about what they need to put in their sentences
